About Our Pastor

Warren R Muir, Jr. He is the Founder and Lead Pastor Victorious Church Inc., located in Jacksonville, Fl. Pastor Warren is a native of Chattanooga Tennessee. He is the son of Pastor Warren R. Muir, Sr. and Minister Joyce R. Taylor. He first announced his calling to preach the Gospel in May 2003 and received his Certificate of License on October 12th, 2003, at Mt. Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Melvin Jordan. In June of 2005, Pastor Warren heard the voice of God which led him to the Bethel Church, located in Jacksonville, Florida, under the leadership of Bishop McKissick, Sr. and Bishop McKissick, Jr. While at The Bethel Church he served as both Youth Pastor and Pastor of Kingdom Kare Outreach Ministries. He later received a Certificate of Ordination, in July of 2010. 

 

Pastor Warren has a degree in Ministry and is currently working on his second in Christian Counseling, from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Pastor Warren has been awarded a Certificate from the Minister’s Academy Program of the Sheriff’s Department in Jacksonville, Florida. He currently serves as Chapel Speaker in the State of Florida Prison System, Duval County Jail, and City Rescue Mission. Pastor Warren is also a certified Life Coach through Operation New Hope, where he mentors men who are coming out of the Prison System. Pastor Warren has a passion for helping people. He loves ministering to the needs of others, especially those who are considered insignificant. He wholeheartedly believes that you serve God by serving others. 

 

He and his wife Alice D. Muir are the parents of six beautiful children along with three amazing grandchildren. He strives to continue to live out his life scripture: “Being Confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ” (Phil. 1:6).
